Front of the set:

Looking at the front of the set with the lenses removed (one screw in each corner of each lens as shown below):

We see that each tube has a concave C lens as with all LC projectors. The red and the green lenses are tinted stock from the factory for more accurate color reproduction, the blue C lens is clear. DO NOT remove any of the screws surrounding the C lens, there’s a pint of cooling fluid behind each C element, and if that fluid spills into the set, you can pretty much write the projector off.

Here’s a picture of the screws that you need to take off to access the tubes themselves. (two of 4 are shown):
