|
|
Using a Moome v3 card for the VPH-D50.
Hdmi is the only input I've ever used so I can't comment on other inputs like svhs, component.
In general the picture is very dark(keeping brightness below 60) so I have to use a lot of gamma correction to even see dark details.
I've noticed that the MENU is much, much brighter than the input signal.
See picture, disregard color temperature.
(1)Is this common on all projectors? Or should the white of the menu match the white of the input signal?
In which case I'll start upping the contrast voltage on the moome card.
(2) Would increasing the moome contrast voltage damage the projector?
I've asked the same sort of question on the moome forum.
So sorry if this is considered spam.
