I just made a bid on this Marquee..

http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300939749965&ssPageName=ADME:X:SCO:DE:1123

Funny thing was i didn't get it.. I made a 566 Euro bid.. no one usually pays that much.. Well someone did.. So i didn't get it.

No problem in that, but less than 2 min later i received a 2nd chance.. Buy it now for 566 Euro..

That pissed me a bit off.. a fixed auction pushing the max limit of my bid.. Would sell for around 300 Euro if he didn't have his friend bidding it up.

He has been a guest here for a short wile asking a bit about this projector.

Its a 2nd projector from the VW factory in Wolfsburg, i bought the other one.. Both are with PT22 Green tube, i could have use the Blue tube, and the FGM.

Anyone here knows how to make ebay take action in cases like this.?

I hate when that happens to someone. I trusted all my sellers so far and they all came trough so far. Yours though really sounds bogus with that second offer.

Cut that CRT-Nazi loose and be done with it. That's all you can do. Or go over there and see for yourself and make an offer on the spot. Copenhagen - Berlin (was it) might not be so far apart.

I to was ripped off for believing my pj was lvps-musseled, but actually wasn't. But the guy had many things going on so he might have been fooled himself and just passed the word on, as the guy just buys and sell them on only.

Looks to be in very nice shape though and @ 566 id still consider it a bargain!!! its going to cost me a hell of a lot more than that to LC 9" my 8110 when it grows up... ( actually at that price id be hard pressed adding 145's to my 8110) . . .

You know what used CRT projectors cost.. Wink

I'm not arguing about the Price, but the way this guy run his auction, i have still not had time to ask Ebay to look into his auction.. I'm 99% sure he have a 2nd ebay profiles, or a friend bidding.

Now he have it up on buy it now, its the 4th listing in 2 weeks, changing Price and options daily.

You can try to contact ebay, but i think they will do nothing about it. I also wanted to buy a 1209s from ebay.de, than 2 ppl bid higher than me and after auction i got an email that both did a wrong bid and if i want it. I declined.

But i think this is nothing that only happens in germany, there are idiots everywhere in the world Wink
