TV/Projector: All of them!

Posted: Fri Mar 28, 2008 4:35 pm    Post subject: Free CRT projector.. maybe!

Here's an interesting scenario.

Someplace in Michigan I think there's a pizza place called Checker Flag Lightning that went benkrupt. I remember sending them some CRT projector part a couple of years ago, not sure what it was or what kind of projector it was.

I don't have any record of them owing me any money, but apparently I'm listed as an unsecured creditor. I checked my records, couldn't find anything, so I ignored it. But I guess they never paid for what I sent them.

Anyways, the other day I get a tiny notice about this bankruptcy again, and what I got was a list of stuff this restaurant is abandoning. Listed is a 'projector'.

Now, I can only assume that this is the CRT projector that I provided the part for. I could be wrong though.

So, I've left a message for the trustee to see if I can get that projector. Unless it's a Vision One or G90, I don't really want it. I'll assume it's still hanging in the place. THe www.checkerflaglightning.com website doesn't exist any more, so I guess they are all gone?

Anyways, assuming that the place was in Lansing, Michigan, anyone here that wants to go investigate the place is welcome to see if they can grab the set.

The woman at the bankruptcy place that I left a message for is at Foster Swift Lansing at (517) 371-8100

I'll post more info if she calls me back.
