You may want to define what you mean by "help me set up my Barco".
Ie: What's done and what isn't, and what you expect. Is the Barco sitting in a corner never turned on and needs to be ceiling mounted, physically aligned, etc? Or is it already mounted in the right spot with the right toe-in and sheimphlug set and you need someone to help with with converging a specific input frequency? Something else?

A completely in-depth setup from start to finish including working on the magnetics could take someone all day or not two days. Probably not worth it for a 800 unless it's your own, or you're paying an expert. When I replaced my Barco 800 with a Cine 8, I spent about 20 hours total setting it up from scratch after it was on the ceiling in the exact right spot. But then, I'm fussy and I spent quite a bit of time on the magnetics.
You likely just need someone to spend an hour tweaking it nicely however - someone who's fast can get 80% of the performance out of the thing in about an hour if they're in a hurry.
Is it table mounted for good? If there's a chance it's not in the final resting spot (or even be knocked around slightly) there's no point in doing a nice setup as slight movements of the projector relative to the screen will completely throw those off.
Barco 800's are really easy to set up if you just follow the on-screen guide.
If you want to take it to the next level, check out Guy Kuo's general CRT setup guide here: http://www.curtpalme.com/Focus_and_Mechanical_Aim1.shtm
Hopefully someone around your neck of the woods can find a few hours to lend you hand if you need it.
