How much is the Price for one Pice and must it be changed (send the old back) or one way.

When i in the future fixed my Projector it´s now not mounted i think of change one or two tubes and then fit it on his place again... Thumbs Up

They cost $185 or so each to be rebuilt by VDC. They require that you send them the old CRT with gylcol and mounting hardware.

With this set, you need to change all tubes at once. It has an auto color balance CPU system that needs the emission of all tubes to be about the same. If two tubes are old and one is new, you will NEVER get the color balance right. I spent 2 days about a year ago trying to bypass the AKB system, no luck at this end.

If the tubes are fungused, no need to change the tubes, if the tubes are burnt, then change all three.

Yes thats right but in Germany many used Words are also not in anny dictionary Mr. Green
