I recently adjusted the registration on my Sony D50 using a cross hair test pattern. After completion I displayed a Hatch pattern and noticed that the blue and green pattern was distorted in the upper right and lower right corner of the pattern and the red pattern was distorted in the lower right corner. All other lines in all other areas or the pattern were straight. Any one know what is the cause and cure for this.

You can adjust a specific section of the hatch pattern without affecting the entire pattern. I can't remember off of the top of my head where the setting is but it is in there. This will let you do a final cleanup of the alignment.

For the Sony D50 you use a zone adjustment for final clean up. The problem is that the lines are distorted in these area so much that there is not enough adjustment.
