Hello,

I am new here, (I am 18 ) and I have 8 PT-B2010U panasonic projectors. All of those have uneven worn phosphor on the blue tube.
I still use one a lot (about 6 to 9 hours a day some days) but It's far from perfect. The best blue tube that I have in terms of phosphor burn is making a blue halo when there is white of light blue near black is that fixable ? By manual setting or by changing pieces other than the tube ? I know how they are built because one didn't work anymore (power supply) and I dismantled it to keep only the pieces.

If somebody wants pieces I can sell some for cheaper than online. afterall, I've got 8 and I only use one. I would also be interested in an exchange, a new blue tube against one or maybe two projectors... maybe even three

I've seen a website that sells them but they are 911$ and that's too much for me

Anyway... I hope to hear news...

also if somebody has the manual I would be interested because there's a lot of settings inside that I dont know what they do.

Thank you.

Take the best blue tube out of one of your other projectors and put it in the one you use all the time.

Used CRT projectors are not worth much, if anything any more, but you never know when you'll get lucky, advertise them in the local "for sale" forums(be that print, internet, whatever is most popular in your locale).
