I got my spare blue tube today and I installed it right away. But when I switched it on it did not show a proper picture (but it showed something, I could see a bit of the OSD) Some relay was clicking continuously. (HVPS maybe?) Before that, the start-up sounded normal, there was HV etc.) I reinstalled the old tube, but the problem remained. The old tube is a PT18-205 and the spare is a 180DVB22. Can a broken tube damage the projector in such a way? What is damaged in the projector most likely?
Greetings,
Tillman

Just a shot in the dark but make sure your RGBS card is seated tightly and all the conections are also tight. I had a clicking after reasembling my Amrpo 4000 and it turned out I had both not seated the RGB card properly and I didn't have the 'S' cable tight.

Thanks for your help Analogrocks,
I was able to solve the Problem. Actually you could've been right with your guess, after I reseated some board and used another cable the Ampro worked normal again. So maybe there was only a short in the cable or something like that which caused the problem.
