My new (to me) 9501LC has 10Ls, and may not focus on my screen.
Any you blending nuts need to reduce PD?

12:23AM departure, 18.5 hours drive time. I'm pretty well wasted and just burning off residual caffine!

yeah I have some GT117's I will trade for some 10Ls. I also have a Ford Pinto I will trade for a Corvette. Since the lenes are in the Pinto, both trades need to occur Simultaneously

You may have better luck trading the 10L's for some straight 10's
One GT-17 is worth about as much as a whole set of 10L's

I'm unaware of the value of specific models of 10s... I'm just hoping the people looking toward a blend solution will need the short PD L's.

Looks like that cheap 9500 ain't so cheap after all.

Some people absolutely know everything, really, its true...
BTW, I just bought a set of GT17's for $300. and sold a set of 10L's for $200. I think a net cost of $100. to change LC lenses is not too bad. More like from a Pinto to a Fiesta .. .. ..
And your cheap 9501LC is still a pretty good deal(depending on the tube condition, of course...).

Annoyed that the courtesy I extended Curt by not mentioning my cost was not carried by you. Those that know the source of my 9501LC know what I paid... Those that may solicit high-end sales from Curt may not know, and may be biased by reading this thread.
The market for CRT projectors is collapsing, and along with it the prospects for Curts' long-term income. While the price I paid is A Good Thing for me, advertising that price is only going to put that much more pressure on the high-end CRT market.

oh give me a break. people discuss what they paid for a projector from e-bay here on a daily basis and I've never read a post from curt bitching about it. What you paid for that fixer upper has nothing to do with what Curt charges for a completely re-furbished machine with warranty support so you can safely get off your high horse.
AAMOF, considering the 18 hours drive time, wrong lenses, fungus in the Glycol chambers, and $1500. out of pocket it's not like you won the lottery and people will now be scouring Gov. Liq. looking to score. There's also a good chance some of the tubes in that set might be suffering from low emission which is a very common problem on Marquee';s from 95 to 97.
BTW, I have gotten a few PJ's from the Guv before and they were absolutely the worst POS I have ever seen. I also know a hell of a lot about the Marquee's and I bet 10 bucks you're going to need the help of the folks on this forum to get that clunker to it's full potential.

I went into this PJ knowing full well the end-of-the-day cost would approach two grand. As I'd said in a previous post, I weighed the risks of govliq abuse versus the fact that its' lived in an RP set its' whole life and would be at least cosmetically clean and have proper phosphor usage.
That said, feel free to hoarde your vast Marquee knowledge. Please, by all means, stay out of my threads, starting with this one. In short, f*ck OFF.

If your angry because you spent $300. to put a trailer hitch on your jetta and drove 18 hours to pick up a clunker it's no reason to be rude and abusive towards me. Luckilly for you i'm a good guy and still willing to help you, even though you hurt my feelings.
