can i replace a 100-775 with a 100-750 red tube. they both look the same and are both zenith

Is that out of a rear projection set? I can't cross the numbers, but yes, Zenith seemed to change part numbers every 30 seconds on some stuff, so if they look the same and have the same dimensions, I'd try it.
