Guess the finaly figured out that HDMI cable connectors suck and brought a handy device to market.
I wonder if it works with all devices?

The sad thing for me is: # Works with Dayton Audio Signature Series HDMI cable only
But maybe someone will figure out a more general solution.

I know a solution already 5 min epoxy just glue it to the end of the cable it will still do the same thing it will not effect the signal quality.
just a thought

I have never had a problem with HDMI cables unplugging themselves. What the heck are all of you people doing, humping your equipment?

No ( unless it's a reely sexey reel to reel or an extending tray pop up loading SLH-F700 betamax with motorized drive )
I remember reading about the HDMI connectors snaping off the chasis side when people push their equipment back into their racks. That sucks

I think it has more to do with custom installations where everything's in pull-out racks. There's no locking mechanism at all on HDMI so if you move things around, the strain is partially at the plug itself instead of completely through a bend in the cable.
Get a long enough cable on there too and will tend to pull on it.
HDMI is one of the stupidest connectors from a physical standpoint. There should be some sort of locking mechanism or screws like with just about everything else (including DVI). Why no screws??

To be consumer friendly.
