I just wanted to make sure, but are the 9 pin Barco Port 3 and Sony 1031Q RGB port the same as an old CGA or EGA port? In this case, could I just use a VGA->CGA adapter?

Nope. The Barco pinout from HD15 to D9 is not the same as the EGA/CGA standard... you'll have to make (or buy) one: One of the cables that come with the Fury will do a Barco, and Terry (chufchuf) is said to make a nice port 3 cable IIRC.

Not sure about the Sony.

OK thanks, that is somewhat peculiar. Anyway I already have a Port 3 to VGA cable. Does anyone know about a 1031? Can I use a barco cable or an EGA->VGA cable or neither?
