I paid an early desposit for the Mux HD last april and since then have pursued other options for my theater.
I had done the same for the DVI DVI repeater. I asked moome for a refund and obliged. He did send it through as a payment to me from Paypal so I got charged money for getting this refund.
I noticed this and didn't think it was a big deal.
Once I decided I no longer wanted the MUX HD I emailed moome about the refund and just briefly mentioned about the Paypal charge and asked if he could simply refund my original payment instead of sending through another transaction so I wouldn't get charged.
Since it was over 60 days, he was not able to just refund but instead he refunded me more money that I paid him so that after the Paypal charges I got my total deposit back.
That is not what I was asking for or expecting but it is greatly appreciated.
Hopefully people can read this and realize that moome is a great person to deal with. I also have the NEC DVI direct input card from him and that transaction was smooth as well.
