Just a public service announcement:
Seems like the weak point in any DVDO product is the standalone AC adapter. I had one on a VP 50 fail before Xmas, someone here had one fail last week on a VP30, and two have died this week in pubs on older PRO doublers.
So my suggestion is to get a spare from DVDO. THey're only $25.00, so get one so that your system doesn't die and some inopportune moment, as when you're demoing your HT for that new hottie that finally said yes to your offer of a date (once she removed the restraining order).

Yep. It's a little bastard. I have a spare just for that reason.
I absolutely adore everything else about my VP50. :^)
