I by my local Harbor Freight today. They have a set of 3", 5" & 8" slotted and Phillips screw drivers for $1. I assume the 8" Phillips would be long enough for lens mounting screw removal. My Craftsman version is buried in the equipment closet at the moment. So, I can't measure it. For $1 I'm sure they're not top quality but if you use them just once or twice a year and are gentle, they should work out.
The lot number is 92193. You can probably order them from www.harborfreightusa.com but the shipping would be more than the screw drivers themselves.
They're on sale until 1/22. They are regularly $3.50 for the set.
