Hi Kal, I JUST picked up my D50Q it had a hard wired RGBHV card that will also take component and there are two slot's to the right. One has the switcher interface card in it (round plug x 2 ) and looks like a full size IFB slot, and the other is above it and maybe 1/2 the height of the slot below. Nothing installed in that one.
I'll post a picture when I find my misplaced camera.

Actually I own both an HTM and a QM but both can take an IFB card, be it a Moome's or Sony or whatever. The difference is the QM comes with switcher interface while the HTM comes with a RGBHV input card as standard. But I did remove it and it's a standard IFB card (can't remember the model)
Hope this helps
Cheers

Hi there all
The D50HT i helped install a couple of years ago was an english model, the owner bought one of moomes IFB cards to go in it under my advice, but called me up to say it wouldnt fit, the rear of the projector looked different to the picture that analogue rocks posted too

So just to clarify, as long as the D50 has a full sized slot like the one Analog rocks shows above, an IFB card will fit right?
Does it have to be a full sized slot? What about the smaller slot above? Is that not an IFB slot?
I need some clear words to put on Moome's IFB-FULLHD page as he gets a lot of emails that say "I have a Sony D50. How do I know if I have an IFB slot or not?".
Kal
