I have new tubes, reseted all settings and done the g2 adjustments. But STILL when i select 9k+ whitebalance it still is at 98% on blue, and 6500k is very blueish.
This 98% setting is that an eprom/hard setting ?? Because in my old it is only at 60 or something (can't remember right now)
Or is there still something wrong?
If i reduce the setting there is great image now. MUCH much better then with the old tubes.
And there does not seem to be any blooming on blue now (still have to make all settings)

Those factory settings varies between models and are burned to eprom. Those aren't newer spot on in old projector, there is so many things that affect to color balance. Use custom white and custom black.

Ok, finally an answer. But why have colortemp settings in the first place if they are nowhere near the correct ones?

Now tubes and maybe some boards have been swapped and also G2 have been touched. There is also lot of components that could drift. There is 9 calibration pots in driver and 9 in neck cards, maybe somebody have tweaked those or one have oxidated...
