I was about to have a stroke the other night when my projector started wigging out. (see the un-stable thread) The projector was verry un-stable and was getting worse every day. Being a AmPro and Pete on my case all the time , I expected the worse. After all my worrying all it was, was a dirty BNC sync connector from my HD SAT to the ISS switcher. All I had to do was remove it and re-seat it to clean the connection and all is fine. This is not the first time something like this has happened so. from now on, once a year, I will re-seat every BNC connector in my system. Now it is solid as a rock. I just thought I'd share that. Have a nice day

It's the female parts of the BNC, they lose interest as they get older. And if they have eaten any wedding cake, you can forget it.

My BG400 has issues with the some of it's BNC connectors. I always have to press down on the connectors for them to work right, slowly they were getting worse so I have the thing completely disassembled so i can put new ones in. Once i removed the frame/motherboard from the case i found that the mainboard had some kind of yellow residue(probably spilled something or other) on the board. I spent several days and many q-tips cleaning the board. I don't know but that residue on the board could have been causing me some problems with convergence, once i get it together hopefully things will work better.

Deron. | Ain't that the damn truth!
Along the same lines, one of the best comics I've seen is a bride and groom walking out from the wedding through the shower of rice. The bride says "WOW! I'm glad that's over. Now I can go off this silly diet." The groom has that wided eyed, deer in the headlights, "OMG! What have I done?" look.
