What do you guys do with that thing while you are adjusting magnetics with the projector on the ceiling? I keep brushing up against it, and while I know it is very well insulated and all, it kind of freaks me out. Raises the hair on my wrist and makes little static crackly noises.

I didn't mean what do you secure it with, I meant where do you secure it. The HV leads only let you move it around 6" or so, and none of that 6" is out of the way of the area I'm working.

Ohhhhhhh I'll defer that to a Marquee guy. I'm an Ampro tinkerer with beautiful purple HV arc's from time to time.

When working on a bench, I drape the HV splitter forward up by the lens's. If ceiling mounted, let it hang down out of the way.
