Anyone know what the default passcode is? All I could find in a search was the 9PG code (2580).

2580 is the service passcode, but you need to be in passcode mode first.From what I understand if no passcode (user) is registered you must create one to even use the 2580 (service) passcode, so... if you need to change a preexisting passcode use the 2580>adjust>passcode>entry>new passcode>confirm new passcode>enter ....it will then display "change passcode complete" after this press "end" and you are done
easy right?

Geeze I thought the Sony 1252 was hard having to put all that pressure on my finger to get into serviceman mode then having to push the Page (?) key 6 times to see the hours counter.
Glad they make all this easy.
