There is a software control for 'Auto power on' in the settings menu. Turn this to off or inactive.

Hit the adjust button.
Enter passcode 2580
Select Option
Select settings mode
Select auto power mode and select inactive.

Auto power will turn on the projector when power is plugged in. This is used when the power circuit is switched. Doug
