|
Someone here sold a 'blowed up real good' G90 a couple of months ago, the one that had water poured into it and was missing the power supply board(s).
Who ended up with it? I've got a parts chassis G90 coming in, and I can either test the boards or buy the set outright if someone is sitting on it. I've also got a forum member that potentially might need a CPU board...
Email or PM me.
Thanks!

I have it on GOOD authority - that the sony projector bombers have been linked to fanatic AMPRO fundamentalist.
These terrosist are so crazy that they believe in working Ampros. - Now that is just NUTS.

I don't know who got it but the seller was starting to ask too much for it last time I read about it.

Yes but also West Koreon twined with East Freon. A very cold place indeed.

Watch out - those millions of tiny mirrors leave some nasty cuts. Worse than paper cuts even.

No, it was a water main break. ONe of the power supplies did a major arc, but I'm sure it was repairable. Problem is, someone threw out/got rid of the SMPS board, so the set was useless. Oh, and all three tubes had a massive deflection burn in them.
