Ok, don't effing shoot me for asking so many damn questions about the g2 voltage levels and a sony 1272! (MP keep quite) But, I am being anal about the readings.

Everyday, I crank up 2 different 1272's; 1 is of the older type which calls for 4.0vdc and the other is the newer which calls for 1.5vdc.

Everyday, the readings are different from the last day. Sometimes by as much as +/- 0.3vdc. Yes, plus or minus .3 volts. I even check the ac voltage coming in and it is pretty steady at 127.7vac.

WTF!

Am I being over anal about this stuff?

Flame on with comments/criticism/you don't know what the hell you are doing feedback; just tell me WTH I am doing wrong.

I was trying to set the g2 on my 1272 to 1.5v +-.01v... it changed every time i fired it up. I finally let it run all night and set it within .1 volts and left it alone. seems like it was changing with the humidity or the phase of the moon or something. i figure that when I got it it was at 2.2, 1.7 and 3.9 so it's gotta be better now than it was.
