hay guys, i am looking at blane's projector... first thing is fungus in the tubes, so i have to crack them open. next i am changing the red c element, have those sitting around now. but
he has a set of lug tubes:
p19lug03rja (looks like a sony lead) (panasonic label)
p19lug43hka (no lead) (panasonic label)
p19lug03bmb (looks like a marquee lead) (panasonic label with barco written on it)
what are the tube numbers i need for a marquee. and if so do i need a neckboard mod to use these current tubes in the projector.
thanks

Simple neck board mod to use the LUG's in your Marquee. Unsolder pin 6 from the neck board and drill out the hole to 1/8". When you install the tube attach the flying lead (white) to pin 6 instead of pin 2.
You can also do some one other thing if you want to attach grid 3 which is on pin 7. Pin 7 is run to ground through a 10M ohm 1/2W resistor with a spark gap in parallel (at least that's the way Sony does it on the G90. But attaching grid 3 isn't that important if you don't have the KD22-22 focus yokes to i,prove spot size and shape.

I've got one red and one blue that I'll sell as a set for $1200.00 I also have LPB03's which are identical to LUG's sans pin 7 which is Grid 3 on the LUG's and generally not on the Marquees.
A new G will cost you about $1700 from VDC unmounted.
But why would you ask if he has a set of LUG's F/S??
