Stupid questions...I am sure Clarence can give me 10 links to products that will help me...

I currently have an HTPC in the living room run via a VGA/audio cable that is routed in the wall to my LCD on the wall. I want to replace this HTPC with an xbox 360 and want to use the vga cable.

How do I mate the vga out of the xbox with the vga cable already in my wall. Also need to address the audio issues as I don't have a surround setup here and I am using the speakers on my tv as of right now.

is that what you are talking about?

I was more looking for a product and not a DIY project. I am not that handy with soldering or things like making my own cables.

in that case all you would need is a VGA extension cable and possibly a gender bender connector depending on what plugs you are dealing with.
