Hi everyone
I have the opportunity to pick up one of these for cheap. All I know is that it works. It was used in an art gallery but, I don't know anything about these except that they are really big monsters and they are very heavy. What should I be looking at first? What are the known problems?
I know it is a 1500W metal halide bulb good for 1000 hours. Are they hard to find and how expensive are they? Finally, I have a Barco 800 and a few Ecp's. Is the image any better than these for home theatre?
