Ok, not quite as exciting as Cliff's G90 quadstack, but my $199 Toshiba A2 arrived today. I've also got an HDFury card, Lumagen that I got at CLiff's meet, so all I need is an HDMI to DVI cable for the HD DVD to the Fury.
Now I have to strip my rack, rewire, install the scaler and player, assign a new memory in the 9500, reconverge.
Ah, too much hassle, I'm going to Costco and getting an $800 digital!

An LCD panel on an overhead projector. Someone told me that the new overheads come with an HDMI port built right into the side of the unit, I can't wait.

Curt,
Future shop ( in Vancouver ) sells a 6 foot HDMI to DVI cable for $24 in the PS3 section.
It is an aftermarket cable but works well for the price.
A few months ago they wanted $65 for these.
I guess demand dropped off
