Nice shots!! I agree with all this BD crap!!!! Cant they just make a bare bones BD version of JUST a movie!!!!! use all the extra space for less compression. Criterion needs to make superbit versions of movies.

While Criterion is at it, I wish they would make a double sided disc with one side containing an "anamorphic" version using all 1080 lines in the 2.35 picture portion and throw away the wasted black bars.

Have been able to achieve a seemless blend yet? The last few pics I haven't been able to detect them,so they are looking good.

Still have lots of issues. the Longbows are exhibiting some strange image problems and the Tv-ones are not a fully complete product in my view. If you pic the right frame shot to use you can avoid them all.

And to top off my Eye1 pro not being up to par, i think i did ok doing all by eye. but in person its much more noticeable.

Cliff and Ben will see the issue in person next weekend. The Longbow problem is strange and never seen it before.

Almost all boards have been swapped or disconnected except for the VDM and VNB's.

Sorry to be so tardy passing comment on your blend setup. Blend looks great, you have tamed the dark zone in the center(I'm sure that wasn't easy). Hope you can solve the Eye1 problem (5E shots look a little red in the shadows and blue in the highlights). The next time I hit Toronto, could I contact you and come see your setup? Next spring would be the earliest that would happen. Now that harvest is over and the bathroom is done, I've got more time to play with my toys. Managed to get rid of the progress bar for up. No luck with Star Trek. At least the bar is smaller and outside the 'scope' zone.

I just use a POS Fuji f10 and use night mode , and allow for extended exposure for use with tripods.

Mike - You have a lot of ringing on the left handside... probably due to porch settings. Is there any workaround for those?
