I just turned on the projector on after switching the polarity on the projector. The red and blue came on bright however the green is showing just a line is this an indication that there is on high voltage on the tube?

I can't help you with your questions but you've started 5 threads in the last week related to getting your Sony 1292 working, mostly about your green tube. I'd suggest starting one thread and letting anyone who can help respond there. If / when you have follow up questions, post in the same thread. This makes it much easier for people to follow what your issues are / what you've already done. Good luck!

Sure. Do as you like. I’m only pointing out that posting all on one spot makes it much easier to follow, So you’re more likely to get the help you need. Now that said, CRT is completely dead and there’s nobody left here, so the odds of getting people to see/read these comments is very low to begin with unfortunately.

The good news is that any questions you have have probably already been asked dozens of times as nothing has changed in CRT in 20+ years. The search feature here can prove helpful. Good luck!
