I have an 808s projector. Turn it on and input the signal. The image presented is very dark and the contrast cannot be adjusted, but the brightness can be adjusted. I don't know what's wrong? thanks!

It's likely a problem in the RGB Switcher board or the quad decoder.

I replaced the quad decoder，the 808S can run properly, the contrast can be adjusted, but I found that the brightness of the red tube was abnormal when the machine was running, its brightness is relatively low, so, the image is color biased, I don't know what the problem is？Thanks!

G2 voltage maybe ? Adjust G2 with a non-metal screwdriver according to page 40 on installation manual.

I know the problem is not G2 voltage, I usually adjust the G2 voltage of red, green and blue to the standard value.

In fact, I find that the brightness of the green tube is very bright, the brightness of the blue tube is slightly weak, and the brightness of the red tube is the lowest
|

If you are sure about the G2 voltage, you can check in Picture tuning/Color balance the gain and cut off for each tube

I set the color balance to 6500，the color will be seriously biased, the brightness of the green tube is very bright, the brightness of the red tube is the lowest.I tried to adjust the Picture tuning/Color balance the gain and cut off for each tube ,but the color of the picture still was seriously biased

Ok, few things.
When you said that the G2 voltage was adjusted to standard value, how you've done that ? By measuring the voltage, by eye, or till the green G2 leds on the RGB amplifiers were out (while in the G2 adjustment menu) ?
Also, if you have a spare RGB driver board, try to swap it. And in case the contrast modulation, BCL-link and soft-edge boards are insalled, get rid of those too. They complicate things, and are useless for single projector configuration anyway.
