Hi everyone

I have a nice 65 crt based projection tv that has been having a jiggly picture since day one(I got it used) it’s worked despite this but I would like to know if it can be fixed.

I ask as I redid the thermal paste on the convergence chips and it made no change.

The tubes in the set are still pretty healthy for it’s age so I would like to know it would be worth getting it to where it won’t do this?

I had it in my shop but it rarely seen use so I moved it in my bedroom(major pain to do that)

I should also mention the electronics tray will not slide out of the set(which made doing the thermal paste a pain to do)

I’m thinking it may be caps but I’m not sure as it doesn’t seem to go away nor has the set gave any other issues aside from acting out a bit while I was redoing the picture geometry and convergence to get it to work better with my game systems(overscan was more then I could stand on some games)

Any help would be great thanks.
