After turn ON again, the projector running normal...time to time more often shutdown

Is it problem at EHT board or Quadrupler or else?

Internall, all quads are the same. But the mounting system can be different. You should compare it with the one in your 1209.
However, there is a compatibility issue between chassis-quadrupler-EHT board-splitter. Here the link: http://www.curtpalme.com/docs/BarcoServiceBulletin_R762716_New_EHT.pdf

Have you Checked 17.5v on SMPS?

Have you checked that the Maximum Horizontal Width is not too wide. That's also set from SMPS.

In terms of checking the SMPS you can try the following

Check that the 17.5 volt line is adjusted correctly. You can also check the heater voltage which should be around 6.3 volts and make sure the maximum horizontal width is set correctly. Check the capacitors visually for any deformities, Check solder joints for cracks. That's a pretty good start.

The red LED is a scan fail. I have attached the schematic for the scan fail circuit for an 808s. I would think its much the same for the 1209. Check these components,

EHT
RGB Driver
Vertical and horizontal deflection boards. Check for red LED.
All three deflection coils
Vertical Scan switch which is on the frame. This switch should be in if the projector is table mounted. Check its position and the position of the three horizontal switches.

Have you tried an external video source?
