Just watched BReaking BAd. Highly recommend it BUT stay away from the special edition Barrel box set. The damned disks were defective! Tried 7 players. A Panasonic sorta player some of it pixelated like a bad ATSC broadcast, hanging and crashing.

Also finished my Pentium 233MMX. Playing Test Drive Off Road 2 and Wing Commander Prophecy Thumbs Up

Played a little F-Zero this weekend.

Almost pulled the trigger on buying Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Almost.
Never played a Dark Souls-type game/games from that studio. Want to, but I dunno, I guess I'm too cheap Razz

Not a gamer (other than puzzles and time wasters on my iPad while eating breakfast), but my son & I just watched the Mandalorian. Then last month Best Buy had a sale so I picked up a BluRay set of LOTR:EE, and that's up next.

But, but, but you are one of the original gamers!

I've seen the first 3 episodes of the Mandalorian, I have to pull my Bluray set of LOTREE. Hopefully it plays. My Superduper barel edition of Breaking Bad was a dud. All the blurays were defective. The previews and most extras would play, but not the episodes. 6 bluray players, an LG, a Pioneer, 2 Panasonics and a pair of Sony's. This was made by SONY pictures. Inexcusable for a $300 box set. I bought it 5 years ago and was getting around to it. I seem to have had the time.

No, I was never a gamer. I think most games are repetitive and boring. I played some games when I first discovered the PLATO system, but then I figured out I could write my own games, and that was a lot more interesting.

Nothing has changed for me. Working 12 hour days in the shop, and watching Live PD. What a great show, with the odd bit of sarcastic humor aimed at the degenerates.

Analog, my BR discs for Breaking Bad were fine. Bought them on eBay a few years ago.

So in that way you're kind of like Curt. He owned and serviced every projector under the sun but didn't have any set up for years.

This is so much harder than it was 20 years ago. Of course plying with a digital D-pad probably isn't helping, Time to change my joystick.

Or my 20 + years of joystick handling is a little rusty

Yeah that's a good series. That's where Mark Hamill first voiced the Joker.

Yes and Adam West voiced "The Grey Ghost" a character that was based on Adam West's life and experience with being typecast as Batman.

I bought "GRIMM" season 1 DVD box set.

NBC studios. I remember when this first aired. I always meant to watch it but always forgot it.
