Higher model number of the Schauinsland, so later model? 1957, according the brochure. I believe the largest silver parabolic screen at some point was 3 meter diagonal. Normally smaller.

Master Jambo says long befor the invention of color, uhm CBS used Eidephors for color back in 52. GE then stole that technology to develop its Talaria projectors.

I bet most parts are generic other than the tube assembly..

Indeed it shares chassis with Saba TVs. If one has a (preferably aligned) Schmidt Optik assembly it can be revived. I have seen at least two (different model numbers) on the (german) Ebay over the years. These came with parabolic silver screens.
