This Elio Petri title doesn't appear to have a Blu-ray release and the DVD offering is rather expensive. I watched it this evening on TCM (Turner Classic Movies cable channel) in HD. I wanted to buy it, but apparently no one thinks enough of it to put it on BD anywhere. 
BTW, I quite enjoyed looking at Vanessa Redgrave in the stockings, garter bra and panties in HD.
