2 years ago I bought a Lumage 2041 .I have never updated the software, I read the instruction for downloading.
Still I have a question
If I downlod the top software file do I then have all the older update from the last 2 years or do I have to download all the updates?👀

No. Only the latest (most recent) download is required.

The download is a ZIP file that includes the update and installation instructions.

Older versions are provided for those who may want to stay at a specific version (for whatever reason).

Is there a shortcut to get into the darbee menu with one click?

I don't know. I'd suggest checking in the manual to see what the keys/controls are.

Today I downloaded the last Software for my radiance 2041,
My problem is when I download Prodution 001316 I do not get a file that I can load up to my 2041!
I also downloaded Utility 1.82. Then I first tried to download out of the Radiance but it does`t work.
Can someone sent me the newest Utility with the software update and which Comm port should used and which baud rate

Hi Yin,

All of the latest updates and software are available on Lumagen's website here:

http://www.lumagen.com/testindex.php?module=support

Nobody would have any newer or different versions. When you download the update there's an included PDF file that has hints and tips on COM ports and even pinouts.

If you continue to have update problems there may be something wrong with the PC or the Lumagen. Your best bet is to contact Lumagen support at support@lumagen.com

When I Update once a year I forget how I did it the year before
