I finally bought the projector of my dreams. It's a Barco Cinemax.
Currently not working. The symptoms are describe below.

- All tubes show a very low light output. The blue tube show a noise and light more intense than others but no menu appear on the screen.
- Red led lit on vertical and rgb input boards.
- No backlight on fixed remote control.

I think that quadrupler and EHT board are good, otherwise tubes would not show anything.
No red led on EHT board.

Here some pictures.

Low light output, blue tube.

G2 board

RGB board

Vertical board.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried a known good source? Just in case the on-screen generation of menues are broken but not the video chain. Unlikley but should be easy to test.

Thank you winny, tomorrow I'll try to connect a source.

Other strange things that I just checked.

- the center back fan no turn. It's normal?
- from R7627195 RGB input board there's a free yellow multiwire. I must connect this cable somewhere?

Hi,

There shouldn't be any cable left unconnected. Check the document and see where it should be plugged in (check the connector numbers)...

Thank you Barclay.
Connector J7 (from controller) actually is unconnected.
There's a connector on the motherboard between slots of RGB input and Driver boards labeled "to rgb input+switching board".
So definitely the unconnected cable must to connect from motherboard to R7627195.
Do you agree?
Tonight, when I back home I'll try to connect the cable.

Well,

A missing connection at J7 would explain everything about the menus You can't see -> Missing video signal from controller. You better check for more cables being unconnected...

Yepp, J7 should be connected with J129 on the mainboard.
Don't worry about the horizontal deflection fan. It is temperature controlled by a thermistor in the SMPS sub-board. Will start spinning when things are getting hot.
Congrats with the nice machine.
