I have bought Chromapure Professional and am using it with a Spyder 4. |
Why Professional? Are you using it professionally? Just curious why you'd be using a Spyder with Professional as given the price of ChromaPure Professional, most people will use a higher end meter and home users don't spend $999 on software (as there's no advantage).
EDIT: I don't see any purchases from you either (ChromaPure Professional orders are fairly rare). Maybe you purchased through a different email address than your gmail account you're using here?

See step 1.1.4 here: https://www.curtpalme.com/forum_archived/viewtopic.php@t=35322.html

Yes. You have a Sony LCD TV backlit with LED.

Normal. 0% means there's no signal and most meters cannot read that low. 10% doesn't have much either.
