Does anybody know how to enable the custom installer menu on the Denon AVR's which support Crestron Connected? I understand there are some buttons which need to be pressed together to turn on the receiver, and then the setup menu will have an extra item it in. I need to set the ID so I can control it over IP. Thanks!
