I need to reprogram two remotes I own - but lost the software. 
I tried calling URC (Universal Remote Control) but they will no longer give out their software. They said I have to go to dealer and pay for reprogramming. BS, right? I used to do this myself (home and work) but my PC crashed and I lost the programs.
I'm hoping someone here can help me.

MX850
MX3000
