I found some ECP 3501 parts for sale.
I have an ECP 4100 myself and therefore I wonder if boards are interchangeable between
these machines?

There is for example the new focus block and an ACON. I don't know which boards that
are required for an ACON or if I already have them.

Even though I have fixed my old focus block as describes on this site, and it works well.
Some also says that an ACON is "no good", so maybe it's no idea to bother upgrading.

Some will interchange, some will not. About all you can do is try it. the CPU board most likely will not swap over, but you won`t blow anything up by trying.

The focus and convergence boards will swap, almost for sure, as well the HV supply and LV supply. Not sure on the rest.
