Picture seems bland, not very bright. Then I noticed if I block off the blue all together it makes no difference to the picture at all. The blue tube looks to be lit, just not very bright. Any help?

Bad tube, bad PA board that supplies the G2 to the tube, or bad CRT socket/video amp. about the only one you can test is the CRT socket, by swapping neck boards between tubes. All three are identical.

Not much you can do at this point except send me the PA board and the RGB input board for testing/repair.

Actually, wait, if you pull out the PA board, you'll see three single connector wires next to each other, blue green and red. Swap the blue and green around. DO NOT turn on the set with one of those wires disconnected. See if the problem changes to the green. I doubt it though.
