TV/Projector: All of them!

Guys, I just upgraded a local customer from an NEC PG Xtra to an XG. he loves it! Tiny issue: For some reason the original installer programmed the RTI remote to not only power the projector on and off, he also programmed in that button '2' is pressed every time a source is switched. I believe originally he may have had S-video running into the projector as well, but of course that's long gone.

Problem is, input '2' on the Xtra is RGB, but it's composite video on the XG, so now the customer has to press '1' on the NEC remote each time he switches between BR and cable.

How hard is it to reprogram that RTI remote for this very simple switch? I don't know RTI at all, and don't want to screw up the rest of the programming, which includes a Lutron lighting system, etc.

The original AV installer is still around, but very hard to get a hold of.

Thanks!
