useing a Sony VPH 1030Q1 on a projector 60 inch screen

I all new to this can it be done or do I need a bigger screen to make use of the projector.

If the lenses will focus, I think you can do it, they had a pretty wide range of screen sizes. Manuals that should state the limits are here:

You will probably need to shim the CRTs, and also use a smaller area of phosphor.

manual its 72 inches smallest listed . Shocked

If the lenses will focus youll be right, they may not, but you can still do it by dragging the projector further back and making raster smaller.
