Hi all, I have run into some troubles when trying to get my pj to work.
I am not able to align the crosshairs vertically, since I cannot move the red tube far enough 'up' to match the other two.
I have checked the position on the faceplate to make sure it isn't a physical alignment issue. ( not that there seems to be a vertical alignment option )

Now I am hoping it is possible to dial some potmeter and fix this issue, the only thing is, I don't know if there is such a potmeter on the 701mm and if there is, where it would be located Very Happy

I'm guessing it would be on the deflection board as shown here

But if someone could give me a nudge in the right direction, I would be most grateful Smile

the red raster shift is done in the 'geometry' menu for the green tube. It's a stupid software design, the rest of the barco sets are different.

I agree that the software is stupid, but in this case I did manage to find this. ( not in the least bit thanks to all the great info on this site! )
My problem is, that I maxed out the range I can adjust this shift. If I dial it down to 0, the image is still somewhat of-center. I can adjust for this by moving the other tubes out of center, but I'm touching the edges of the phosphor area if I do this..

I'm pretty sure this set has the correct tubes, although I have no information on it's history. Also, I don't think this problem was there when I got the set.
I haven't used it fully installed, I was doing that while I ran into this issue. I think I first noticed this problem after having adjusted the scheimpflug. On the red tube, on of the screws seems to be a stripped screw. It still has friction, but I don't seem to be able to 'lock' it firmly. It's the one down in the projector, closest to the green tube.
I carefully examined this part, but I couldn't think of anything that would explain the raster offset. One of the HV leads sprang from it's place, but since It did not interfere with anything I decided not to put any excess strain on it trying to push it back into it's clamp, since it looks as if it has been patched before.

I'll see if I can upload some pictures, maybe the expert eye sees something I'm clearly missing Smile
