I just went through the job of bleeding off some glycol from the tubes of a PG6+ (not too bad of a job, the documentation here was awesome for that). I thought it would be wise to have a look at the face of the tubes in my Cine 7, and darn it, that one too has no air bubble anymore. Has anyone got any photos of where the fill holes are on a P16 tube? Just wondering what I'm looking for, or how far I have to tear down the housing to get at it. Both sets have tubes that are 8 or 9 condition... it would be a shame to have them crack from pressure build up.

PG+ dont have P16 tubes, they are NEC E8508 tubes, but the housings in all those NECs is about the same, for those and P16s.
The others will be different based on manufacturer of the set more so than the tubes. It will be reasonably obvious when you open it up

To be clear - I just finished doing the job on a PG6 - it is my Barco Cine 7 that needs it done now and it has the P16 tubes. Once I get the PG6+ reassembled I'll venture into the other one. Thank you.

Yeah i know that, but what i am saying is P16s themselves dont contain the glycol, its not the tubes youre bleeding its the chamber mounted to those tubes, which will be different in each brand of set.
