Fraid not... you could swap neck boards, but that would take a bit of work, and you'd need both schematics. Don't think it's worth it. I don't think the lens/tube mounting brackets swap from the 1208 to the 808 so that you get Scheimpflug adjustment, which would definitely be worth having.

I guess it depends if we are talking about a 1208s/2 (MEC tubes with newer "S" neckboards) or a 1208s (which has Sony tubes and the older "black box" neckboards). I swapped 1208s/2 neckboards into a Data 808s and it was plug and play. I also swapped the CRT frames but I cannot recall if they came from the 1208s/2 I parted out or the older 808 Graphics (non-S) but it should be pretty obvious if they will work or not.
While the newer 120 MHz neckboards did fix the streaking issue with the older 75 MHz boards they did introduce a candle flicker effect at low IREs. However they behaved the same in the 1208s/2 so I don't think it was a compatibility issue. That said neckboards improvement was pretty subtle and the candle flicker effect was worse than the streaking so I went back to the 75 MHz boards.
