Wondering lens throw distance between HS-145 lenses and 10gt17's....wondering if 10 feet for a 100 inch 16:9 is enough for a 9500 LC?

If you mean HD-145 lenses, you can't use them. They are not designed for 9'' LC projectors. It has to be a lens type from HD-10 family.
Most people are changing their HD8-B's on AC machines with HD-145's because of better corner focus and color filtering.
Regarding the throw distance, you are ok. 10 feet TD is optimal for HD10-GT17's on a 100 inch wide screen.

i calculated a 3,34 meter throw distance and yours would be 3,048 but keep in mind that with following the formula precisely you won`t be able to fully use the tube face so even if this formula indicates the pj should be 30cm further away it could well be that it should be placed closer then the 10 feet (3,048 meter)

Not what I meant. Deciding if I need to move my bracket which current projector has the 145's and prepare the vision one to mount.

?? like i said, just try and follow the advice in thick black letters and see what suits you best, in other words don`t mind the formula.

Alright, i get it ( i think Smile ).
In order to replace your existing HD-145 projector with a HD-10GT17 one, you should move the bracket about 2,5 inch back. So 10 feet will still be ok.
Off course, when installing a CRT one must maximise the rasters, but you knew that already....
