What is scam-like about it? I cant see the whole thing, using iphone...
Looks like a 6PG XTRA to me, price seems fair enough for a RUNCO... Again and again ill say "buyer beware".... Plenty of info out there on these for those that bother to look.

Look at his info. That came right from the eBay 'catalog' Blame eBay on this one.
They sorta screwed me over. I bought a GPS on ebay a couple of weeks ago, and the ebay catalog said 'US and Canada' maps. Of course it came with US only. Seller refunded me $10 (she offered to take the whole thing back and pay for return shipping), but the map chip still was $50 more from Garmin. I called eBay but of course it's my problem that their info was wrong.. Effers.

I don't see what is the problem...
1.) That IDP980 has surely better picture quality than any other pj in that price range.
2.) Calling that thing to DLP is like when you try to selling an Aston Martin as a family car

Harboring too close to "flicker fusion threshold" at modern resolutions (if at all), and no 3D for this reason either.

With active 3D we want less and less blanking time (off time) and higher and higher transmittance (during on time, highly transparent glasses)
DLP does the "triple flash" format, 144hz. Today even twisted nematic LCD monitors exist, that do 144hz.
